The following list was compiled by Edward Yescombe, and consists of all the files in the PO Archives which relate to packet ships during the period of Captain Yescombe's career, i.e. Approx. 1785-1805.
Edward Yescombe is a descendant of Captain Yescombe (1765-1803) of the "King George" Lisbon packet, who has (over 35 years) gathered a great deal of information about Captain Yescombe's career, and the packet service in general.
